WELCOME to SABIFF 2025! We are delighted that you have decided to join us for our 7th year as San Antonio's premiere Black indie & international film festival. SABIFF is here to inspire, enlighten, and embolden — offering a culturally rich experience in the heart of the Alamo City that proudly opens our lens to the power and beauty of BLACKNESS. Let’s begin Day 1 with intention:You have the option to journey through San Antonio's rich Black history on a guided bus tour, experience ARTiVISM at one of the city’s most soulful Black arts galleries, and engage in powerful dialogue on the role of film in activism & social change with veteran UCLA Rebellion filmmakers. Come together to build meaningful connections through community, and enriching conversation, and close out the evening in a historic 'Black owned' speakeasy with the soothing sounds of live jazz — music that feeds the soul. Let the festival begin!
