Chandler Noelle

Chandler Noelle is a 7-time international award-winning director, scriptwriter, and producer. As of Dec 2025, Chandler is a graduate of the Howard University Television and Film program, where she was recognized alongside alumni like Chadwick A. Boseman and Cathy Hughes as the sole recipient of the Department Chair's award for outstanding achievement in the field of communications. Inspired by her peers and alumni, Chandler dedicated her time at Howard to uplifting her community, not just through storytelling but by mentoring underclassmen and high school students interested in film careers. After interning in Los Angeles, CA, for 3 summers with Paramount, BET, and the NAACP Hollywood Bureau. Chandler looks forward to continuing to combine astounding visuals with stories that blur the line between perception and reality.
