Earl Wallace, Casey Scott
Casey Scott is a licensed social worker, transformative youth advocate, and systems-change practitioner with over 14 years of experience serving Black and Brown communities across schools, community-based organizations, juvenile justice settings, residential treatment programs, and private practice.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Adelphi University and a master’s degree from New York University. As the Founder and CEO of You Are Seen, LLC, Casey works to build mental health and social-emotional learning systems that center equity, voice, and belonging. Her professional mission is rooted in one belief: every young person, especially those historically overlooked, deserves to be seen, safe, and served.
In addition to her clinical and consulting work, Casey serves as a school social worker and student leadership advisor, guiding youth in civic engagement, cultural scholarship, and community impact. She is deeply passionate about advancing opportunities for Black and Brown youth and ensuring their histories, identities, and voices are affirmed within educational spaces.
Casey is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, where she continues her commitment to service, scholarship, and sisterhood.
Earl Wallace is a youth-centered leader and school culture architect from Newark, New Jersey, with nearly 20 years of dedicated service to students and school communities. His commitment to mentorship and community began at St. Benedict’s Preparatory School, where service was not optional it was foundational. Even then, Earl chose to invest his time in local schools, planting the seeds for what would become a lifelong mission to uplift young people.
For nearly a decade, Earl served as a behaviorist, working closely with students navigating social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. He is known for building authentic relationships while maintaining high expectations, grounded in the belief that when students feel seen, supported, and held accountable, they rise to meet their full potential. His leadership has strengthened school culture, improved student outcomes, and fostered environments where growth and responsibility coexist.
Earl holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and two master’s degrees from Ball State University and Montclair State University. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at Liberty University, demonstrating his deep commitment to continuous learning and transformative leadership.
