Filmmaker Bio:
Micole WilliamsMicole Williams is an eclectic force who loves being lit for life. The native of Houston, Texas, is an internationally featured and award-winning owner of Eclectically You Experience, a one-of-a-kind publishing and production company. She is the author of the books Tangled Web of True Love Tales, Toxic Ties Trilogy, Miss Lit For Life Lessons, and 35 Love Notes to Self. Williams earned her MFA in screenwriting at Houston Baptist University in 2021 and was a 2021 James Baldwin's Urban Writer-in-Residence. In the unscripted TV space, she has served as a sequester manager for CBS's Big Brother and an associate producer for TV One's Unsung Specials. In the scripted space, her screenplay, Yellow Cloud, was an official selection at the 2022 New York Athena Film Festival/TV Writers Lab. She's enjoyed being a featured author at three major Texas universities, the NAACP Convention, NABJ.org, and other national platforms. Her most recent writing/producing/directing project is an autobiographical documentary about her recent journey, 365 Days in LA. The film premiered on television on the Aspire Network and screened at over ten festivals around the world, winning two categories: Best Web Series Pilot and Best Documentary. Additional links below.
