In 2023, See Forever Foundation and Maya Angelou Schools sought to mark their 25th Anniversary. Ms. Lamb was charged with telling the story of the schools in a way that was informative, compelling and inspiring. As one of the oldest charter schools in DC, it was important to amplify the voices of scholars and alum; highlight the organization’s unique approach to education; and illuminate the legacy of its founders and namesake, Dr. Maya Angelou.
