FILM SYNOPSIS
As night falls on the heart of Atlanta, obsessive director John Cuffee is on a mission to complete his short film. When John and his crew are implicated in a crime instead of turning themselves in to the authorities he decides to finish his film at any cost. Each passing hour blurs the line between fervor and madness, as artistic ambition clashes with reality endangering himself and everyone around him.

His work captures stories and moments that challenge perceptions, offering a lens into the diverse worlds of Blackness. Guided by an intuitive sense of direction and a candid approach to the camera, he seeks to unearth the true essence of his subjects, engaging audiences through innovative storytelling filled with emotion, rhythm, and color. His mission extends beyond filmmaking; it's about empowering others to bring their narratives to life.
Ryan Dutter is a filmmaker & musician based in Atlanta, Georgia. He's been working in and around the Atlanta film industry for almost a decade. Focusing on characters on the edges of society, his works often asks the question, how can we gain empathy for others?
