Description: A young woman living in rural Georgia in the late 1960s has her perfect little life disrupted when her boyfriend is drafted to the Vietnam war through the racist practices of their local draft board.
Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Benji grew up in an old adobe house built while the area was still a part of Mexico. In his formative years he watched his mother paint every surface in the house with vibrant designs and colors, and watched his step father create traditional Santa Clara Pueblo coiled pottery.
He began film school in the fall of 2019, entering with no knowledge or prior experience of film. Beginning at CNM, a community college in New Mexico, he is now a graduate of the Seattle Film Institute. “Agent Peach” is his first short film.
