Cat, who has just been listed in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2022, is a director, actor, writer, author, gender advisor to the UN & founder/CEO of award-winning Kusini Productions, a company established to create opportunities, change the narrative and champion voices of Black women and girls.
As an actor she is best known as series regular Josephine in Swedish series Threesome, for which she has just wrapped up filming Season 2 and Laura in Amazon's Ten Percent. She is currently in preparation for the return of a multiple Emmy Award winning major Netflix series. She was recently selected for Channel 4 and We Are Parable's 2022 Momentum Programme and has produced a range of short films which have been selected at BAFTA and Academy Award qualifying festivals worldwide. Her debut book, THIS THREAD OF GOLD, was published in the UK in June 2022 to critical acclaim.
Fifty-Four Days is her writing and directing debut.
